Donation Information:
From time to time, we are lucky enough to receive donations to our organization from former patients, their families, and other friends in the community. Because we are a small agency, we are unable to accept payment by credit cards. If you would like to mail us a donation, please send it to our office below.
Please include in your donation your return address, the name of the person in whose memory you are donating, and the names of any family members who you would like us to inform. When we receive donations, we mail a thank you letter and some information about our agency to our donors, and we acknowledge their donation to the appropriate family members. Often, we only have one family member's address in our records, and that's why we ask you to specify if you would like a particular person notified of your gift.
It is with the kind and generous help of our donors that we are able to provide services to patients who are most in need. Thank you for sharing your love and support with us.
