Sunset Hospice, Inc. is Tomball's hometown hospice.  We opened our offices in 2008, but we have been around a lot longer than that.  Our sister agency, Life's Solutions Hospice Care, was founded in 2001 by Christine Fields, a registered nurse who worked in multiple arenas of health care in the Houston area.  As Christine gained more experience, she learned the needs of the community and saw that there was a great necessity for compassionate end-of-life care.  

Since its inception, Life's Solutions grew to serve the Greater Northwest Houston area and surrounding communities such as Tomball, Waller, Magnolia, Champions, Spring, and The Woodlands.  So in 2008, we decided to open a new agency in Tomball and call it Sunset Hospice.  We have been so graciously welcomed into our new community, and we are so happy to bring our much-needed services to Tomball and surrounding areas.  Sunset's dedicated teams serve patients in all environments, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, personal care homes, hospitals, or family homes.  We are a certified provider for Medicare and Medicaid.
