OUR MISSION
Sunset Hospice, Inc. will provide a comprehensive program of medical care and support so that no one will die alone or in pain. Sunset Hospice, Inc. believes that life-limiting illnesses can cause emotional and spiritual distress which will receive quality professional attention and compassionate care. Sunset Hospice knows that serious illness affects the whole family and friends, and that those affected need and deserve on-going support before, during, and after a loved one's death. We will be there.
ABOUT US
Since its inception, Sunset Hospice has grown to serve the Greater Northwest Houston area and surrounding Montgomery and Waller counties. Sunset Hospice's dedicated teams serve patients in all environments, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, personal care homes, hospitals, or family homes. We are members of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and a certified provider for Medicare and Medicaid. We are also proud to support the community through our membership in the Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce.
